Bwalya Melu, World Vision: “Is Sponsorship for Real?” Bwalya Melu, a native Zambian, knows personally the devastation of AIDS. He has watched a generation of leaders perish, but as former director of World Vision Zambia he confirms there is hope. In his current role with World Vision U.S., he closely monitors the quality of child sponsorship programs that help children.
